Our home is an endearing place near the old town of Bergerac and near the banks of the Dordogne, we suggest you discover during the summer time.

In a bucolic environment nestles our house located on the small Chemin du Moulin.

The property consists of a beautiful Perigord style farmhouse on two floors and a cottage where the caretaker lives during the season.

​

The main entrance to the house is at the top of a charming stone staircase surrounded by boxwood and roses.

The ground floor opens onto a large corridor allowing the discovery of each living space: a spacious, rustic kitchen, elegant dining room (overlooking the garden terrace) adjoining the cozy lounge and comfortable and two large bedrooms, a spacious bath-room (with shower, tub and toilet), and finally a laundry room with a toilet.

A crude wooden staircase leads you upstairs. You will discover a small, cozy lounge where you can enjoy a quiet time riding during the hot days of summer. This space also allows you an extra bed if necessary. Three large bedrooms surround this friendly space as well as a bath-room and separate toilet.

Enjoy the ground garden terrace, cozy nest of greenery and relaxing space. Enjoy breakfast and lunch in the various nooks offered in the garden. And at the end of the day you can enjoy a evening meal with family or friends on the terrace: a very convivial space.

A large pool is located just next to the wooded garden. It is totally protected from view while allowing a clear view of the surrounding countryside and fields inhabited by our horses and ponies.

This space will allow you to enjoy the sun and swimming.
